Qualifications

Applicants should: (a) have a PhD/doctorate degree and a solid academic background, particularly with research and teaching expertise in civil engineering or relevant areas; (b) have proven track records in research; (c) have demonstrated record for establishing significant externally funded research programs; (d) have considerable experience in academic program planning, management and curriculum development; (e) demonstrate academic management and leadership capabilities; and (f) have local and international connections in research and professional capacities.
