In August 2023, Resilient Cities and Structures (RCS) journal was indexed by Scopus database. Inclusion in Scopus shows that the academic quality of the journal has been endorsed by the international academia and publishing community, and it lays a solid foundation for the journal to further develop into a first-class journal in the field of resilient cities.

RCS journal is hosted by Tongji University and published by Elsevier. It aims to publish high-level research papers on resilient structures, resilient systems, resilient cities and resilient management. The Editors-in-Chief of the journal are Professor Ying Zhou from Tongji University, Professor Michel Bruneau from University at Buffalo, New York States, and Professor Gian Paolo Cimellaro from Polytechnic of Turin, Italy. The journal has produced five issues since its launch in 2022.
