Prof. HUANG Yu from College of Civil Engineering (CCE) at Tongji University serves as the Founding Editor-in-Chief, with Prof. Nicola Casagli from the University of Florence, Italy, as Co-Editor-in-Chief. They are supported by an academic editorial team comprising faculty members from CCE, including Prof. SUN Jin, Prof. LI Xingyue, Prof. LU Ping, and Prof. MAO Wuwei. An international editorial board featuring experts from over ten countries further strengthens the global perspective of the journal.

Geohazards & Remediation aims to provide a high-level, interdisciplinary platform integrating geoscience, engineering, environmental studies, and risk management. It publishes cutting-edge research on geohazard mechanisms, prevention and control, risk analysis, monitoring and early warning, emergency response, and post-disaster recovery.

As a fully open access journal, Geohazards & Remediation, invites submissions across a range of formats, such as original research articles, reviews, case studies, and perspectives related to geological hazards and their remediation. To encourage global submissions, the journal offers article processing charge (APC) waivers. The submission portal is now available via Springer at https://link.springer.com/journal/44517.
