Foreign exchange

 On March 27th, 170 students and teachers from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet(NTNU) Visited CCE, TJU. On the tightly arranged one-day trip, they got a wide perspective of our college by attending lectures, visiting laboratories and communicating with students.

 The morning activities were held at A101. Firstly, student representative from CCE, TJU introduced our college. Then three lectures titled Time dependent reliability of old man-made slopes, A regional model to predict liquefaction-induced lateral ground deformation and Failure characteristic of rock-like materials under unixial compression utilizing DICM were reported by Zhang Jie, Liu Fang and Zhao Cheng individually. In the afternoon, the guests were divided into groups to visit the school history gallery, the state key laboratory of disaster resistance, the laboratory of south campus and the CCE Innovation Center. In the evening, an active meeting was held at A217 between NTNU students and members from ICE-Tongji.
