On Sept. 29^th, Prof. Huang Hongwei, Vice Dean of College of Civil Engineering, Dr. Tan Yong, Assistant to the Dean of College of Civil Engineering, met with Prof. John Jensen, Director of International Affairs, National University of Singapore, and discussed the issues on students exchange programs. Kwang Hua Chair Profesor Fang Guoguang, NUS also joined the meeting.
