Meng Qiang, from Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, National University of Singapore visited college of Civil Engineering, Tongji University from Oct.12th -Oct.13th and discussed with Prof. Gu Xianglin, Dean of College of Civil Engineering, Huang Hongwei，Ma Xianfeng and Tanyong about exchange students between two universities.
