On April 10th, 2012, the playground of Tongji witnessed the opening of the 2^nd Qiang Jin Foundation-Civil Engineering Cup football match. The match was hosted by the League Committee of College of Civil Engineering, co-organized by Graduate Students Union of CCE as well as branches at each department. A total of 30 teams made up of more than 400 undergraduate and graduate students took part in the match, making it the largest sports event of CCE.
