On the afternoon of Sept. 3^rd, Zhu Zuyi, administrative deputy secretary of Party of Committee of Tongji University and vice president of Tongji University, welcomed President of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) Chen XIshun and other 3 staff at Xuri Building. Zhou introduced to the guests the process history of Tongji University, especially the development of disciplines and international cooperation in recent years. In their talks, they negotiated whether to continue signing the agreement of academic exchanges and cooperation and reached the willingness of strengthening exchanges of students and contact in scientific research on civil engineering.
