Undergraduate ceremony for 2009 freshman is held in the hall by College of Civil Engineering at 8:30 AM, Sep 9^th, 2009. Leaders of the college and its departments attended the ceremony, where Prof Chen ShiMing, Secretary of Party Committee of College of Civil Engineering made a speech. He encouraged students by the quotation of “Universities lie in sensibilities” to study hard, be integrated in the university life as soon as possible, promote self-cultivation and become excellent undergraduates. In the ceremony presided over by Prof Gu XiangLin, Vice-President of College of Civil Engineering, representatives of teachers, old students and freshmen spoke, respectively.
