On November 9^th , 2007, the delegation from the University of Western Australia visited our school, which included the dean of School of Civil Engineering and Environment - Prof. Andrew Deeks, Director of the Centre for Offshore Foundation Systems – Prof. Mark Cassidy, dean of School of Environmental Systems Engineering – Prof. Gregory N.Ivey. They visited Civil Engineering Disaster Prevention National Key Laboratory, Geotechnical Engineering Testing Center and so on, and made extensive discussion with the teachers and students from our school.
