On January 16th, 2007, China-Japan Joint Seminar on Steel and Composite Bridges sponsored by Tongji University, JSCE and CCES is held in Tongji Bridge building. Chinese and Japanese Keynotes and representatives, bridge engineers and our teachers and students participated in this meeting.
