On Apr.11th, Prof. Didier VIVIERS and three other teachers from Universite Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) visited College of Civil Engineering. After the meeting, they visited the State Key Laboratory of Disaster Reduction（SLDRCE）and discussed with the teachers and students from our college. Universite Libre de Bruxelles(ULB) is located in Brussel, Belgium. It is founded in 1970 and now there are more than 9000 students including 1800 foreign students. ULB signed an agreement with our college about the students exchange program in 2007.
