On Nov. 19th, Marie-Pierre Favre, Vice President of INSA de Lyon, France, Prof. Irini Djeran-Maigre, Dean of College of Civil Engineering, INSA de Lyon, Nina Arnesen, Project Supervisor of the Asian Pacific Region and Lucie Liu, Representative from the Shanghai Office visited Tongji University. Vice President Dong Qi, Yan Aihua from Institut Franco-Chinois d’Ingénierie et de Management, Huang Hongwei, Vice Dean of College of Civil Engineering and Dr. Tanyong, assistant to the dean attended the meeting. Vice President Dong Qi briefed the “Three Six Hundred” plan, “Excellent Engineers” Program and 5371 Strategic Alliance of Tongji University.

  Prof. Irini Djeran-Maigre and Prof. Huang Hongwei briefed on the situations of College of Civil Engineering in INSA de Lyon and Tongji University respectively and discussed key issues of double degree programs.
