In order to promote the Elite Engineers Plan, CCE launched the Joint Final Design Program for Undergraduate Students with Taiwan University in 2011. In 2012, the Program expanded to Taiwan University, Cheng Kung University, Feng Chia University and Hong Kong Poly-Tech University(HKPU). In 2013, along with the Universities mentioned above, UPC from Spain and KAIST from Korea also joined this Program with CCE.

 In 2014, totally 30 students participated in this program, including 10 students to Taiwan University, 11 students to Cheng Kung University, 4 students to Feng Chia University, 2 students to UPC and 3 students to KAIST. The 5 students who went to study in UPC and KAIST got the scholarship from the China Scholarship Council(CSC) and other students will be sponsored by CCE.

 On March 7^th,2013, the orientation meeting on 2014 Joint Final Program for undergraduate student was held in CCE. Prof. Huang hongwei, Vice Dean of CCE , Ms.Tao Mingxia from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office and Ms. Shen Jiajun, secretary of Foreign Affairs in College of Civil Engineer joined the meeting.
