According to the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject 2013 - Engineering - Civil & Structural, the ranking of Discipline of Civil Engineering of Tongji University leaps from 51^st~100^th place (between the year 2010 and 2012 )to 18^th place. It’s at an all-time high.

The latest rankings indicates that the index of the Discipline of Civil Engineering of Tongji University, including academic level, education quality, student-faculty ratio, international reputation and so on have reached world class level.
