From March 14th to 16th, a medical science delegation led by Prof. Pei Gang, President of Tongji   University, took a visit to Oxford University, University of   Nottingham, University of Cardiff and University of Loughborough.   Relevant personnel, from Subsidiary Hospital, Medical School, College of   Civil Engineering, College of Electronics and Information Engineering   and Foreign Affairs Office of Tongji University, accompanied President Pei Gang.

  In Oxford University, president Pei Gang and others had a deep talk with Enda McVeigh and Tim Child, two deans from Reproductive Medicine Center of Oxford University, Dr. Lillian Lin, expert of IVF, and Dr. Xu jin, dean of acupuncture, reached a preliminary consensus on the joint research and cooperation between both sides.

  Later on, the delegation visited University of Nottingham, University of Cardiff and University of Loughborough, and reached a preliminary agreement on the dual degree program of postgraduate students with these universities.
