In order to promote the Elite Engineers Plan in CCE, a briefing session named Introduction to International Exchange Programs was held on March 30th. Prof. Huang Hongwei, Vice Dean of College of Civil Engineering, introduced all kinds of exchange programs with details and answered the questions brought up by the students.
