On Nov. 26^th, Prof. Gu Xianglin, Dean of College of Civil Engineering held a meeting with Prof. Huang Hongwei, Vice Dean, Prof. Zhao Xianzhong, Vice Dean, Tan Yong, Assistant to Dean and Shen Jiajun, Secretary of Foreign Affairs on Exchange Program with universities in Taiwan and the founding of Asia CE League(ACEL).
