On Dec. 9, 2015, the Signing Ceremony of Double-Degree Agreement between Tongji University, College of Civil Engineering and L’Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon,  Département de Génie Civil was held at 16:00 in room A305 in the Building of Civil Engineering.  Dr. Marie-Pierre Favre, Vice-President for International Affairs of INSA de Lyon, Prof. Jean-Jacques Roux, Head of Department Civil Engineering and Urban Planning of INSA de Lyon and Prof. WU Jiang, Vice-President of Tongji University, Prof. Huang Hongwei, Vice Dean of CEE attended the signing ceremony.
