China Civil Engineering Society(CCES)

China Civil Engineering Society(CCES) is the most important unofficial academic organization in the field of cicil engineering area in China,which is subordinate to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China,Under the command of CCES,there are branches and 50 specialty committees and 3 technology-promoting committees,Local sub-societies under CCES have been establish in each Province or Municipality(except Hongkong SRA,Macau SRA and Taiwan Province).Generally speaking,CCES has the most powerful influence and rallying point in the field of civil engineering area in China,          
 
 

The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE)

As a professional licensing body, the HKIE sets standards for trainin g and admission of engineers and has strict rules governing the conduct of its members. The CSCE is a learned society intended to develop and maintain high standards of civil engineering practice in Canada and among its members worldwide. It also endeavours to enhance the public image of the civil engineering profession.
